YOU know there's an election on the way when the opposition, in the shape of David Hodgett, MP for Kilsyth, wants you to know that the latest Labor experiment with democracy is riddled with errors. In an American-style development, the state ALP is inviting the voters of Kilsyth, who are not party members, to register as Labor supporters so they can help select their candidate, similar to the way US preselections are carried out. And the errors? There were two on page two of the ALP flyer: receive appears as "recieve" and Kilsyth is "Kilyth". Your taxes at work.
